Because our products are custom-made to order (print-on-demand), we can only offer returns or exchanges in the following cases:

1. Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
We will replace the item free of charge or issue a refund.

2. Right of withdrawal (EU)

As the product is custom-made according to your specifications, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply (Section 312g (2) No. 1 BGB).

3. Return shipping costs

If a return is required because of a damaged or faulty item, we cover all return costs besides the shipping costs.
